Hi, my name is Veronica Millen.
As a qualified coach I am passionate about, and skilled at, supporting people to be their best. I work with people individually through one-on-one coaching and in groups via facilitating workshops.
Over my 25+ years in Human Resources in large corporates I honed my skills in coaching and facilitation. I coached team members, high potential employees and leaders; and facilitated workshops.
I now have over 1,000 hours of coaching experience and 2 coaching qualifications. I am accredited by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach.
My approach is to use scientific and evidence-based approaches to support you to be your best and unlock your potential.
I am based in Melbourne Australia and work with people face to face or virtually in locations across Australia and globally.

For each coaching assignment the exact number of sessions, their duration and frequency is determined based on the needs and objectives of the individual.

Facilitation
I am accredited in numerous tools that can support you to build your self-awareness. These tools include self-assessments as well as 360-degree questionnaires. The tools I am accredited in include the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), LSI, VIA Strengths, Birkman and ESCI (the Emotional and Social Competence Inventory). I am skilled and experienced at facilitating a wide range of professional workshops either face to face or virtually. I am often complimented on my engaging sessions.
