Teambuilding

“Veronica has led MBTI sessions for several of my teams either at inception or as a trigger for improvement. Veronica uses an effective mixture of the theory and practical examples to bring everyone along and over several sessions has driven some wonderful results.  Ronnie’s style keeps everyone engaged and enjoying themselves and I would use her again anytime.” Ben Woodman, Group Manager Technical Solutions.

Teambuilding sessions may include the use of a tool such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to enable great understanding of individual team members and the group as a whole. Even if participants have completed an MBTI before the feedback has been positive about these sessions as a new way of learning about MBTI, individual participants and team dynamics.

Teambuilding sessions may also include discussion of company and team values and behaviors to support these.

Sessions can be tailored to the needs of the group for example if it is a newly formed team or an intact team.

Teambuilding sessions are usually 2 – 4 hours in length and teams often benefit from a follow up session 2 – 3 weeks after the initial session to ensure learnings are being implemented in the workplace and in this maximize the benefits of the session.
